At Venloq, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in good condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products showing excessive wear or damage
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
